The parameters of the crusher, such as feed size and discharge opening, are incorrect.
Improper adjustment of the crushing chamber gap
The gap between the movable and fixed jaws (discharge opening size) is too large, resulting in coarse discharge particle size and insufficient crushing ratio; if the gap is too small, it may cause stalling and reduced productivity.
We need to adjust the gap according to the discharge requirements.
1.The discharge opening of the jaw crusher is usually 20-150mm, while that of the cone crusher / impact crusher is usually 3-50mm.
2.We can use hydraulic adjustment devices to adjust the gap in real-time, avoiding manual adjustment during downtime.
The rotary speed of the motor does not match its power
If the motor speed is too low or too high, it will cause the material to fail to meet your requirements. We will match the most suitable motor for you based on our experience. If the motor speed and power do not meet your needs, we can also replace the motor for you
