The working principle of the Jaw Crusher

When the Jaw Crusher is in operation, the electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through a belt and pulley, driving the Jaw Crusher to perform periodic up and down reciprocating operation. When the moving jaw rises close to the fixed jaw, the space of the crushing chamber becomes smaller, and the material is crushed under the action of compression, rolling, and impact. When the moving jaw falls away from the quota, the space of the crushing chamber becomes larger, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port under the action of gravity. At the same time, the discharge particle size can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge port to achieve crushing and processing of ores and other materials.
