When the VSI crusher is running, the electric motor drives the device through the speed reducer, and the hammer head mounted on the rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the centrifugal force, hitting the impact plate with strong kinetic energy and crushing the material on the surface of the impact plate into fine particles or powder. During the whole crushing process, the material has experienced many impacts and collisions between the hammer head and the impact plate, and its particle size keeps decreasing until it reaches the standard of particle size required for production.
