Working Principle
Our mobile impact crushers utilize high-velocity impact force to achieve reduction ratios. Material enters the feed hopper and is regulated by the vibrating feeder before dropping into the crushing chamber. A heavy-duty rotor spinning at high speeds throws the incoming material against high-wear blow bars. The initial impact fractures the material, which is then flung repeatedly against adjustable impact plates for secondary crushing. Once the material reaches the desired size, it discharges freely through the bottom onto the main conveyor.
