The hydraulic gyratory crusher controls the up and down movement of the main shaft through the hydraulic system, adjusts the distance between the crushing cone and the fixed cone, that is, the width of the discharge port, and thus controls the particle size of the finished material. The whole process can be completed in just a few minutes, saving labor costs and downtime.

High Crushing Ratio
The crushing cone swing amplitude of the equipment is up to 40mm, which increases the number of contacts with the material per unit time. At the same time, the crushing chamber depth can reach 2500mm, which prolongs the force path of the material in the crushing area, so a crushing ratio of up to 15 can be achieved.

Wear-resistant Parts
The key components of the equipment, such as the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall, are cast with high-strength alloy steel, with a surface hardness of ≥HB220-250, which is not easily worn by high-hardness materials, and the service life can reach more than 8000 hours, reducing the replacement frequency.

Overload Protection
The hydraulic gyratory crusher is equipped with a hydraulic overload protection system. When super-hard materials that cannot be crushed enter during the crushing process, the hydraulic cylinder will immediately push the main shaft up, so that the crushing cone and the fixed cone are automatically separated, and the pressure is released, effectively avoiding the deformation of parts due to the jamming of foreign objects.
