Working Principle

During this process, the main shaft inside the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to perform a swinging motion. This causes the crushing wall to periodically approach and retreat from the bowl liner, achieving material fragmentation.

If uncrushable foreign objects enter the crushing chamber or the machine experiences overload, the hydraulic safety system activates. The moving cone descends to widen the discharge opening, allowing foreign objects to exit the crushing chamber smoothly. If the foreign object becomes stuck in the discharge opening, the cavity clearing system activates to further widen the discharge opening, ensuring the foreign object is expelled. Once the hydraulic system resets, the movable cone also resets, and the machine resumes normal crushing operations.

Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly

Composed of a middle friction disc, lower friction disc, hydraulic cylinder body, cylinder liner, cylinder base, and displacement sensor. It provides the hydraulic power and support required for crushing operations.
