Product Introduction
The wheel-type sand washer uses the dual effects of impeller rotation and stirring and water flow impact to efficiently clean the soil and stone powder on the surface of sand and gravel aggregates. The mud content of the finished product is less than 0.5%, and the stone powder content is controllable (3%-15%), meeting the high standards of GB/T 14685-2022. The equipment features an innovative design of a deep groove impeller (with a diameter of 1.2-3.0m), and the washing depth can reach 0.8m. The hourly output of a single machine is 15-300 tons, making it suitable for various types of materials such as manufactured sand, natural sand, and tailings sand.
