Working Principle of Sand Making Machine

 

Material falls into the feed hopper and enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the feed opening. Inside the impeller, it is rapidly accelerated to dozens of times the gravitational acceleration. It is then ejected at high speed from the impeller, First, it collides with another portion of material that has rebounded and is freely falling. Together, they strike the material lining or impact blocks, rebounding at an upward angle to hit the top of the vortex chamber. Their direction of motion changes again, deflecting downward to collide with material ejected from the impeller's flow channels, forming a continuous curtain of material. Thus, each piece of material undergoes multiple impacts, friction, and grinding within the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged through the lower outlet.
