Working Principle of VSI Sand Making Machine
1. After entering the sand making machine, the material is divided into two parts by the distributor: one part enters the impeller interior, while the other enters the crushing chamber directly;
2. Material entering the impeller is accelerated by high-speed rotating blades and ejected at extremely high velocity;
3. The ejected material undergoes intense impact with material in the crushing chamber or the impact liner, breaking down through collision and friction.
4. The crushed material is discharged under gravity, completing the sand-making process.
