Working Principle:
The motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the V-belt, the reducer, and the gear reducer. The sand and gravel enter the sand washing tank through the feed trough. Driven by the impeller, the sand and gravel roll and grind each other, remove surface impurities and destroy the water vapor layer wrapped around the sand particles, which is conducive to subsequent dehydration. Continuous water injection generates a strong water flow, which flushes impurities and foreign objects with lighter specific gravity out of the overflow port to achieve cleaning. Clean sand and gravel are driven by the impeller and discharged from the discharge trough.

Working Principle:

Some advanced models are equipped with a dehydration function, which can complete the drying of sand and gravel at the same time.

Working Principle:
The motor drives the reducer to drive the large and small gears to rotate the cleaning drum at a low speed. Aggregates containing mud balls and stone powder enter the drum through the feed port, and are continuously lifted and dropped under the action of the built-in rubber lining, undergoing multiple cycles and being washed by forward and reverse flushing water. The washed aggregates are screened and dehydrated through the drum screen and discharged, and the mud in the wastewater is discharged through the perforated baffle.
