Product Introduction
As a typical representative of impact crushing technology, the impact crusher uses a high-speed rotating rotor to drive the blow bars to impact the materials. It achieves material crushing through the dual effects of "stone impacting stone" and "stone impacting iron", and is suitable for medium and fine crushing and shaping processing of medium-hard and brittle materials such as limestone, basalt, and construction waste. Breaking through the limitations of traditional extrusion crushing, the equipment has a crushing ratio as high as 50:1. The content of cubic finished products exceeds 90%, and the proportion of needle-like and flaky materials is less than 10%. It is specially designed for the production of high-grade aggregates.

When the counterattack crusher is in operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the pulley and belt. After the material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port, it is first crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating plate hammer. The crushed material flies at high speed towards the counterattack plate, collides with the counterattack plate, and then crushes again, and then bounces back to the action area of the plate hammer, continuing the above crushing process. During this process, the materials will also be subjected to mutual impact and further broken. As the crushing process continues, the particle size of the material gradually decreases. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer, it is discharged from the bottom of the crusher and becomes the finished product after crushing.
