What is the reason for the metal impact sound when the counterattack crusher is idling?

1

There is an impact sound in the thrust plate support or gasket adjustment device. This is usually due to the loss of elasticity or damage of the buffer spring, resulting in a loose connection between the thrust plate, moving jaw plate, elbow plate and the body, thus producing impact sound during operation. At this point, the spring should be checked and replaced to ensure that all components are securely fastened in place.

2

The elbow support slider is severely worn or loose. The elbow plate plays a role in supporting and transmitting force during the crushing process. If the slider wears or becomes loose, it will cause the head of the elbow plate to collide with the supporting part, producing a metallic sound.

3

Loose lining or toothed plate. If there is a sound of metal impact and shaking of the lining plate during the operation of the coal gangue impact crusher, it may be due to the loosening of the lining plate or toothed plate (moving, fixed) in the crushing chamber or the loosening or breakage of the fastening screws, which need to be tightened or replaced in a timely manner.

4

The eccentric shaft liner is worn. The wear of eccentric shaft bushings may also cause metal impact sounds during operation, requiring re scraping or replacement of the bushings.

5

Insufficient or damaged spring tension. Springs are responsible for absorbing impacts and maintaining the correct position between components. If the spring tension is insufficient or damaged, it can also cause collisions between components.
