1. Reduce the speed. The noise generated by the machine can be reduced by reducing the rotational speed of the machine. However, reducing the rotational speed too much will affect the crushing efficiency of the jaw crusher machine.
2. Acoustic barrier. Adding acoustic barriers can reduce the noise from the source. Installation of suitable soundproof material to cover the machine shell can also be efficient to reduce the noise.
3. Vibration damping measures. Use vibration damping measures, such as adding anti-vibration pads at the bottom of the jaw crusher equipment, adding rubber shock absorbers and other ways to reduce noise.
4. Maintenance. Regular cleaning, lubrication and replacement of wearing parts of the machine can avoid the noise caused by machine failure.
