Performance Characteristics
The crushing chamber with a large inclination angle and the long crushing surface endow the crusher with extremely high crushing capacity, and the lifespan of the liner is maximized. The ultra-heavy-duty frame, the integral main shaft assembly with a large diameter and high-performance bearings ensure a longer service life, safer and more reliable operation. The fine design of the crushing chamber ensures the best production capacity. By simply replacing the eccentric sleeve and changing the processing capacity of the crusher, it can meet the different configuration requirements of the entire crushing plant.
The discharge opening adjustment system adopts a hydraulic adjustment method to compensate for the wear of the liner and control the particle size of the product. The position of the main shaft can be intuitively displayed through the touch screen, which is convenient for maintaining the stability of the crusher discharge opening, keeping the production output constant, and monitoring the wear condition of the liner.
It is equipped with an automatic lubrication heating, cooling and circulation system, and an automatic main shaft position control system; the convenient external backlash adjustment device can provide a hydraulic crossbeam separator for the disassembly of the crossbeam during operation.
The integral forged main shaft with an integrated design avoids the risk of the moving cone loosening, thus reducing the downtime. The thread of the moving cone nut is located on the replaceable alloy steel sheath of the main shaft, which does not cause stress concentration on the main shaft, increases the strength of the main shaft, and extends the service life. The upper journal has a large diameter and ultra-high strength, and can adapt to harsh crushing conditions.
The electrical control system adopts a centralized intelligent automation control system of the internationally advanced brand Siemens PLC and a color touch screen, realizing functions such as automatic pressure compensation, multi-mode operation, parameter monitoring and recording, and fault alarm. It is user-friendly, simple and quick to operate, and uses advanced intelligent management and control to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
The crossbeam bushing and seal can be easily replaced without removing the crossbeam, reducing the manpower, time and equipment consumption and production loss caused by the shutdown; the high-strength frame design ensures trouble-free operation and extends the service life; the effective dust-proof seal prevents dust from entering and prolongs the service life of the crusher bearings.
