1. Pre-planning and demand analysis
Material type:distinguish between ore (such as granite, basalt, limestone), construction waste, tailings, etc., different material hardness (Mohs hardness), water content, particle size distribution affects equipment selection. For example:
Granite (hard rock, Mohs hardness 6-7) need to use wear-resistant crushing equipment (such as mobile jaw crusher + mobile cone crusher);
Construction waste (including steel bars and concrete blocks) needs to be equipped with iron removal devices and equipment that can crush mixed materials (e.g. mobile impact crusher, mobile impact crusher).
Capacity requirements: according to the daily / hourly production planning equipment specifications, such as 100 tons per hour and 500 tons of production line configuration is significantly different.
Site conditions: If the site is scattered (such as demolition of multiple sites), mobile crushing equipment is preferred; if the site is small or requires flexible transfer (such as construction of mountainous roads), small size, easy to move the tire-type or crawler-type mobile crushing equipment can be selected

Screening equipment: linear vibrating screen, according to the requirements of the finished product particle size to choose the number of screen layers (such as 2 layers of screen can be divided into 3 specifications of the finished product), screening efficiency should be ≥ 95%.
