Working Principle

 

 

The materials are orderly conveyed into the crusher by the feeding equipment. The crusher uses various crushing methods such as extrusion, impact, and grinding to decompose the materials into smaller particles in terms of grain size. The crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for classification and screening. The materials that do not meet the grain size standard will be sent back to the crusher by the conveyor for secondary crushing. Such a process repeats cyclically to form a closed loop until the materials reach the set grain size specification. The qualified finished materials are finally output by the conveyor.
