Working Principle
The Tire-mounted Mobile Crusher is an integrated movable crushing equipment that combines feeding, crushing, screening and conveying functions, and achieves flexible relocation via its vehicle-mounted chassis.
Its working principle is as follows: Materials are evenly fed into the main crushing unit by the vibrating feeder. The crushed materials are then classified by the vibrating screen. Finished products that meet the particle size requirements are conveyed out through the belt conveyor, while substandard materials are returned to the crushing chamber for re-crushing. The entire process is completed continuously and efficiently on the mobile platform, making it suitable for on-site operations under various working conditions.
