Mobile Screening Station

Mobile screening station is a mechanical equipment that can be flexibly moved and can perform material screening operations without a fixed site. It integrates components such as receiving hoppers, belt conveyors and vibrating screens, which can effectively separate and grade various natural stones, minerals, construction waste or recycled materials according to particle size.

Flexible Movement
The mobile screening station is equipped with a crawler chassis with a ground contact area of up to 2 square meters. It always maintains multiple support points in contact with the ground during the movement. Even on irregular terrain with potholes or gravel, it can move forward smoothly without slipping or hanging.

Efficient Screening
The mobile screening station uses a high-frequency vibrating screen with a vibration frequency of up to 800 times/minute and an amplitude of up to 5-8mm, so that the material can jump fully on the screen surface, making the screening process faster and more thorough, and can screen 100 to 500 tons of material per hour.

Multi-stage Separation
Three to four layers of metal screens are distributed up and down inside the screen box, and the mesh size of each layer is different. The material is screened in sequence according to the aperture size under the action of high-frequency vibration. The materials screened out from each layer are output separately by independent belt conveyors to ensure that finished materials of different particle sizes are not mixed with each other.
