Working principle

1. Material feeding: The material is evenly fed into the crushing machine through a vibrating feeder;
2. Crushing process:
Jaw crusher: crushes materials through the squeezing and shearing action of moving jaw and quota, suitable for coarse crushing;
Counterattack crusher: using a rotating rotor to throw materials towards the counterattack plate, achieving crushing through impact and collision, suitable for medium and fine crushing.
3. Screening and transportation: The crushed material is sent to a vibrating screen through a conveyor belt to screen out finished products of different particle sizes. Unqualified materials are returned to the crushing host for re crushing, forming a closed-loop cycle.
4. Intelligent control: The hydraulic system adjusts the crushing gap, and the PLC control system automatically adjusts the feeding amount based on the material hardness to ensure stable production capacity.

Classify by mobile mode
1. Crawler type mobile crushing station: using a tracked chassis, suitable for unpaved or rugged terrain, and achieving in-situ steering through hydraulic drive.
2. Tire type mobile crushing station: Based on the chassis design of heavy-duty trucks, it is suitable for road transportation and can be towed by tractor trailers at a relatively low cost.

Classified by crushing host
1. Jaw Crusher: suitable for coarse crushing and processing of high hardness materials;
2. Counterattack/Cone type: Used for medium and fine crushing, producing materials with regular particle shapes;
