The sand and gravel production line primarily consists of equipment such as vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, impact crushers, sand-making machines, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, and centralized electrical control systems. The designed production capacity typically ranges from 30 to 1,000 t/h. The material is uniformly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing (coarse crushing). The crushed material is then conveyed by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher (or cone crusher) for secondary crushing (fine crushing). The finely crushed material is then transported to a vibrating screen for screening. Aggregate meeting the required particle size is discharged via the finished product conveyor belt as finished aggregate. Material exceeding the specified size is returned to the impact crusher (or cone crusher) for re-crushing. Material meeting the feed size requirements for the sand-making machine is then fed into the sand-making machine for the third stage of crushing (sand-making). The material crushed by the sand-making machine is again transported to the vibrating screen for screening. Material that does not meet the requirements is returned to the sand-making machine for reprocessing, while material that meets the requirements is discharged via the conveyor belt as finished gravel and sand. The sand can then be further processed through a sand-washing machine to meet standard sand requirements.
