Raw material enters the crushing chamber continuously via the automated feeder. Inside, the rock is fractured through high-force compression and inter-particle crushing between the rapidly moving eccentric cone and the fixed liner. Once crushed to the pre-set size, the material falls onto the integrated vibrating screen. Oversized fractions are automatically recirculated for re-crushing, while qualified aggregates are instantly separated and stockpiled via the onboard conveyors to maintain a highly efficient closed-circuit operation.
