Before operating a mobile asphalt crusher, proper preparation and inspection must be conducted:

1. Before starting the machine, check if the lubricating oil is normal and sufficient, and inspect for any blockages or oil leaks;

2. Inspect all instruments on the crusher to ensure they are in good condition and functioning accurately. Any issues must be addressed promptly to ensure accurate readings;

3. Adjust the discharge opening before operation to facilitate smooth removal of minerals;

4. Before starting, the machine must be idled first. Therefore, check the crushing chamber for any minerals or debris and remove them promptly;

5. Before operation, inspect the tension of the V-belts and locking springs. The tension must be appropriate; excessive tightness or looseness can lead to accidents;

6. Verify that the electrical interlocking devices are functioning normally;

7. Inspect all connecting bolts for loosening. If any are found, tighten them promptly.

 

When starting up, pay attention to the following operating procedures:

1. When starting up the machine, first start the vacuum system;

2. After the machine receives the next process flow, start the jaw crusher under no load;

3. Once the mobile crusher is running normally, continue to start the trough feeder, and then it can run normally and start feeding ore.
