The daily maintenance of the cone moving crusher mainly includes the following aspects:

Lubricating oil inspection and replacement: Check the oil level and temperature every shift to ensure that the oil level is above the centerline of the oil gauge, the oil temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, and the oil quality is clean and free of impurities. Replace lubricating oil every 200-500 hours or as required by the manufacturer
Oil circuit cleaning: Regularly clean the oil filter and oil pipe to prevent blockage and lubrication failure
Lining wear inspection: Measure the thickness of the lining every 100-200 hours. When the remaining thickness of the lining is ≤ 1/3 of the original thickness, it needs to be replaced
Fastener inspection: Check the anchor bolts, dynamic cone locking nuts, drive belts, etc. for looseness in each shift, and check the key connecting parts such as the frame and crossbeam for cracks or deformations every month, and tighten or replace them in a timely manner
Cleaning of crushing chamber: Clean up residual materials in the crushing chamber after each shift shutdown to prevent material jamming
Electrical system inspection: Monthly check whether the motor temperature and current are stable, whether the control cabinet wiring is loose, whether the sensors are sensitive, clean the dust on the motor heat sink, tighten the wiring terminals, and calibrate the sensors
Hydraulic system inspection: Calibrate the coaxiality of the moving cone and the fixed cone every quarter to ensure that the eccentricity error is ≤ 0.5mm; check whether the hydraulic cylinder and valve leak oil and whether the action is flexible every 500 hours
Adjustment of discharge gap: Each shift adjusts the gap through hydraulic system or manual adjustment, with a deviation of ≤ 2mm, to ensure the required product particle size
Recording and analysis: Record lubricant replacement time, lining wear data, fault handling situation, etc., and predict potential faults through data analysis
Safety protection: Cut off the power before maintenance and hang a warning sign reading "Do not close"; Wear a safety helmet and gloves during maintenance to avoid contact with high temperatures or rotating parts
