The common faults and solutions of cone moving crushers are as follows:

1

Adjustment problem of discharge port: During the initial stage of replacing the new lining plate, the discharge port of the cone crusher can reach the set value of about 13mm; But when the lining plate wears to a certain extent, the discharge port will expand to about 18mm and cannot be adjusted further downwards; When the lining plate wears out to the later stage, the discharge port reaches about 20mm, which basically does not have a crushing effect. The solution is to adjust the eccentricity from the original 50mm to 40mm. Although the throughput of the crusher has been reduced, it can keep the discharge port at around 13mm, which is beneficial for increasing the qualified particle size in the discharge and reducing the return of cage ore

2

Vibration of the machine body: The reasons may be due to the large particle size of the feed, uneven feeding, insufficient spring pressure, etc. The solution includes checking the particle size of the material, paying attention to uniform feeding, and feeding a certain amount of fine and viscous materials; Replace the spring

3

The cone rotates quickly: the reason may be that the spindle is stuck in the cone liner, there is a lack of oil or the oil is not clean, the spherical tile is worn, etc. The solutions include solving the problem of being stuck, adding or cleaning the oil, replacing the spherical tile, and adjusting the gap between the spindle and the cone bushing

4

The moving cone is lifted: the reason may be that the oil temperature is too low when the weather temperature is low, the oil pressure is too high, the safety valve fails, the oil pump capacity is too large, etc. The solution includes preheating the lubricating oil, adjusting the safety valve, and replacing the oil pump

5

Cooling machine malfunction: The cause may be a blockage in the cooling system or insufficient cooling water. The solution includes cleaning the cooler, checking the water pressure gauge, and supplying water

6

High current: The reasons may be bearing damage, lack of lubrication, excessive feeding amount, severe insufficient bearing contact surface, etc. The solution includes replacing the bearing, strengthening lubrication, adjusting the feeding amount, re scraping or replacing the bearing contact surface

7

Oil pressure issues: such as low oil pressure when the oil pump is running, oil pressure difference before and after the filter exceeding 0.04MPa, and no oil flow in the oil flow indicator. The solution includes replacing the pressure gauge, replacing the oil pump gear, unclogging the oil suction pipeline, cleaning the filter, etc

8

Oil temperature issues: such as the oil temperature rising with the increase of oil pressure, oil in the water seal drainage, and the oil temperature coming out of the cooler being greater than 45 ℃. The solution includes checking and clearing blockages, cleaning the return oil ring groove, adding cooling water, increasing water pressure, and cleaning the cooler

9

Iron blockage fault: When the cone crusher experiences an iron blockage fault, it is recommended to use a hydraulic cleaning system. Firstly, open the hydraulic solenoid valve to reverse the oil supply to the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is lifted under the action of oil pressure and supported by the nut end face on the lower part of the piston rod. As the support sleeve is continuously lifted, the space inside the cone crushing chamber gradually increases, and the iron blocks stuck in the crushing chamber will gradually slide down under the action of gravity and be discharged from the crushing chamber. If the iron block entering the crushing chamber is too large to be discharged through hydraulic action, a cutting gun should be used to cut the iron ore‌
