Vibrating screen repair:
1.Regularly inspect the vibrating screen. When problems are found, the vibrating screen should be repaired. The repair work of the vibrating screen includes timely adjustment of the triangle belt tension, replacement of the belt, replacement of the worn screen surface and longitudinal pad, replacement of vibration damping springs, replacement of rolling bearings, replacement of transmission gears and seals, replacement of damaged bolts, and repair of screen frame components.
2.The side plate and beam of the screen frame should avoid stress concentration, and welding on these components of the vibrating screen is therefore not allowed. When the lower beam of the vibrating screen cracks, it should be repaired in a timely manner. When cracks are found on the side plate, 5mm holes should be drilled at the end of the crack immediately, and then a reinforcing plate should be added to the cracked part. The disassembly, repair, and assembly of the exciter should be carried out by qualified technicians in a clean place.
