Working Principle

Controlled Feeding
Run-of-mine material is dumped into the heavy-duty feed hopper. The vibrating grizzly feeder separates natural undersize fines, bypassing them around the crushing chamber to reduce unnecessary wear on the jaw or cone liners.
High-Force Reduction
Coarse material enters the crushing chamber where high-velocity compressive or impact forces break the rock down to the designated size. CSS adjustments can be made hydraulically within minutes to alter product sizing.
Closed-Loop Screening (Optional)
For projects requiring strict single-size aggregates, the product can be routed through an onboard screen deck. Oversized material is automatically scalped and returned to the crusher via a closed-loop return conveyor.
Stockpiling & Discharge
