In high-frequency operation, some components of the E-type mobile crusher become vulnerable due to direct contact with materials or exposure to alternating loads. Timely identification of wear and tear status and standardized replacement are key to ensuring efficient operation of equipment. The following are the replacement points for core vulnerable parts:
Wear characteristics: surface tooth deformation is flat, deep grooves (depth>20mm) or fracture notches appear;
Replacement process:
After shutting down the machine and cutting off the power, remove the guardrail at the feeding inlet;
Use a hydraulic jack to lift the starter assembly and remove the fixing bolts (torque 300N · m);
The old E-board needs to be lifted out with the help of a crane, and when installing the new E-board, pay attention to the direction of the teeth (misaligned and interlocked with the fixed E-board);
After tightening the bolts, adjust the jaw plate clearance to the design value (usually 8-15mm).
Replacement timing: The side lining plate has worn out by more than half of its thickness, and the elbow plate has cracks or deformations;
Attention: When replacing the elbow plate, the wear of the support seat should be checked simultaneously. If the depth of the support groove is greater than 5mm, it should be replaced together.

Vulnerable parts of the transmission system: bearings and belts

Failure symptoms: sudden temperature rise (>80 ℃), abnormal noise or axial movement during operation;
Replacement steps:
Disassemble the pulley and coupling, mark the direction of rotation of the eccentric shaft;
Use a dedicated puller to remove the old bearing and clean the oil stains inside the bearing seat (which can be cleaned with kerosene);
Heat the new bearing to 100 ℃ and install it hot (or use a hydraulic press for cold pressing). Apply lithium grease during installation;
Adjust the axial clearance to 0.05-0.1mm and recheck the concentricity error to be less than 0.03mm.
Replacement standard: If cracks, delamination or tension occur, the sagging amount should be greater than 30mm;
Operation points: Replace the belt in groups (to avoid uneven force caused by mixing old and new), adjust the parallelism error of the pulley to ≤ 1mm/m.
Hydraulic and lubrication system vulnerable parts
Leakage characteristics: oil leakage at the piston rod, slow movement, or inability to maintain pressure;
Replacement process:
After pressure relief, remove the end cover of the oil cylinder and take out the piston assembly;
Use specialized tools to remove old O-rings and dust seals (to avoid scratching the cylinder barrel);
The new seal needs to be coated with hydraulic oil before installation. During assembly, check the wear of the inner wall of the cylinder (scratches deeper than 0.5mm need to be ground and repaired).
Replacement cycle: Every 500 hours of operation or oil contamination level NAS 8 or above;
Attention: When replacing the filter element, clean the fuel tank synchronously to avoid mixing new and old impurities.
Fragile parts of walking system: track shoes and tires
Scrap standard: Chain link wear exceeding 20% of the original thickness, pin hole deformation or track breakage;
Replacement skills: after using the tension cylinder to relieve pressure, remove the track chain in sections, and adjust the tension after installing the new track (30-50mm sag).
Replacement conditions: tread pattern depth<2mm, bulging or sidewall breakage;
Safety reminder: When changing tires, use wedges to fix other wheels and tighten the hub bolts diagonally (torque 250-300N · m).
Replace homework safety regulations
Power off tagging: Cut off the main power supply and hang a "Do Not Close" sign before all electrical operations;
Lifting protection: When lifting heavy objects such as pallets, use lifting equipment that can bear at least twice the weight of the component;
Hydraulic pressure relief: Before replacing hydraulic components, release the system pressure to 0MPa;
Professional tools: It is prohibited to use rough methods such as hammering to disassemble bearings. Special pullers or hydraulic tools must be used.
