If the material before crushing contains a lot of fine powder, it will reduce the impact crushing capacity. Because these fine powders can easily adhere, affecting transportation and unloading. For worn wear-resistant parts, especially those that come into direct contact with materials such as plate hammers and impact plates, they should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the plate hammer, attention should be paid to weighing and selecting the new plate hammer to maintain good static balance of the rotor.

As the saying goes, 'Raise troops for a thousand days, use them for a moment.' In order to increase the production capacity of counterattacks and make more money, daily inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of counterattacks are also essential.
The machine runs smoothly. When the vibration suddenly increases, the machine should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate it;
Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ℃, and the high temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. If it exceeds 70 ℃, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate it;
When the wear of the plate hammer reaches the limit mark, it should be turned around for use or replaced in a timely manner;
After assembling or replacing the plate hammer, the rotor balance must be maintained;
When the rack lining plate wears out, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid damaging the casing.
Strictly inspect whether there is any looseness in the fixed components such as the anchor bolts, body bolts, bearing seats, and bolts at the guard plate of the fixed motor.
Check if the fixing parts of the counterattack plate are loose or broken.
Inspect the interior of the equipment, such as whether the wear of the plate hammer is severe, as the plate hammer has a significant impact on the particle size of the discharge. Also, check the condition of other vulnerable parts, including the degree of wear and the presence of crack defects.
Confirm the previous and next processes, and only start after the belt conveyor and bag filter are running normally.
