Product Overview
High-Efficiency Mobile Crushing Solution for Hard Rock Applications
The Rock Mobile Jaw Crusher is a track-mounted or wheel-mounted primary crushing plant designed to process highly abrasive hard stone and recycle construction debris on-site. By integrating a heavy-duty vibrating feeder, a high-performance jaw crusher, and an onboard discharge conveyor onto a single mobile chassis, this unit eliminates the need for truck hauling to stationary plants, drastically lowering operational costs.
Applications of Rock Mobile Jaw Crusher
Quarry Operations: Processes oversized blasted boulders into manageable aggregate sizes directly at the quarry face.
Mining Projects: Functions as a rugged primary station in open pit mines, preparing run of mine ore for downstream milling.
Construction Waste Recycling: Crushes concrete, brick, and asphalt at urban demolition sites, transforming waste into reusable sub-base materials.
Core Advantages of Rock Mobile Jaw Crusher
High Crushing Efficiency
The optimized deep-chamber crushing cavity and large eccentric throw maximize material intake, delivering an exceptional reduction ratio even when handling the hardest feedstocks.
Strong Mobility & Flexible Deployment
Engineered on a compact, road-legal or track-driven chassis, the unit can be transported swiftly between sites and deployed within hours, requiring no concrete foundations.
Durable Jaw Plates
Equipped with premium high-manganese steel jaw plates Mn13Cr2 or Mn18Cr2, providing extreme wear resistance and significantly extending service life in abrasive environments.
Integrated Control System
An advanced, user-friendly control interface automates feeding logic and monitors jaw clearance, protecting the machine from uncrushable objects while maintaining peak throughput.
Energy-Saving Design
The heavy-duty flywheels store mechanical energy to smooth out peak loads, while the direct-drive system optimizes power transmission to reduce fuel or electricity consumption per ton.

Working Principle
The Rock Mobile Jaw Crusher utilizes a compressive force mechanism for size reduction. A heavy-duty electric motor or diesel engine drives the eccentric shaft via V-belts, causing the movable jaw to execute a precise elliptical motion against the fixed jaw.
When the movable jaw moves toward the fixed jaw, raw material enters the cavity and is crushed by high-tonnage mechanical pressure. As the jaw moves away, the crushed material falls through the discharge opening at the bottom by gravity. The discharge size is fully adjustable via a hydraulic wedge system.

Product Structure / Components
Main Frame: A heavy, stress-relieved welded steel structure built to absorb intense impact forces without cracking.
Jaw Plate: High-manganese casting components featuring specialized tooth profiles designed to grip and fracture hard rock efficiently.
Motor: An IP55-rated industrial motor engineered with high starting torque to handle fluctuating peak loads.
Conveyor Belt: A reinforced, multi-ply impact belt with a folding mechanism for convenient transport.
Control System: A centralized PLC smart panel with real-time diagnostic telemetry and safety interlocks.
Suitable Materials
Granite: Dense and highly abrasive rock that requires our high-manganese jaws to achieve efficient primary size reduction without excessive wear.
Basalt: A tough volcanic rock that our high-impact crushing cavity easily processes into high-quality cubical aggregate for road base.
Limestone: An ideal application that allows high-capacity, high-throughput processing with minimal energy consumption.
River Stone: Smooth, rounded stones that our optimized nip angle grips securely, preventing material slippage in the jaw cavity.

Optional Configurations
Diesel Engine / Electric Motor: Choose a fuel-efficient onboard diesel generator for remote off-grid locations, or a pure electric drive to lower energy costs where grid power is available.
Different Jaw Sizes: Select custom jaw profiles (straight, curved, or corrugated) to match specific rock hardness and target product gradation.
Mobile Tyre / Track Type: Choose a wheeled chassis for easy towing on public highways, or a rugged track system for navigating steep, muddy terrain.
Dust Removal System: Equip your unit with high-pressure water sprays or a bag-type dust collector to comply with local air quality standards.
Quality Control Workflow
Material & Machining Verification
All incoming raw steel and alloy plates undergo chemical analysis via spectrometers and internal flaw detection via ultrasonic testing. Critical components are CNC-machined and verified using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to guarantee strict dimensional alignment.
Structural & Assembly Testing
All structural welds are subjected to non-destructive testing (magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing) to eliminate hidden flaws. During assembly, shaft alignment, bearing clearances, and bolt torque settings are recorded for trace-ability.
Performance & Certification
Every completed mobile plant undergoes a mandatory 4-hour dry-run factory test to monitor vibration frequencies, bearing temperatures, and noise levels. Production follows strict guidelines aligned with ISO 9001, CE, ASME, and optional ATEX safety frameworks.
Packaging & Shipping
Secure Packaging: Heavy structural components receive an anti-corrosion marine coating before shipment. Small parts, electrical systems, and hydraulic units are sealed in moisture-proof, seaworthy wooden cases, while the main chassis is secured using heavy-duty lashing for bulk or RO-RO transport.
Reliable Delivery: Standard models are ready for shipment within 30 to 45 business days. Custom engineered configurations follow a transparent, milestone-based timeline provided during contract signing.
Global Export Experience: Our logistics department manages international ocean freight, customs documentation, and compliance protocols, ensuring hassle-free delivery directly to your site or port of destination.
