During operation, the mobile crushing and screening plant feeds raw materials evenly into the jaw crusher via the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The crushed material is then transferred by the main conveyor to the vibrating screen for classification. Oversized material retained on the top screen is redirected to the secondary crusher for further reduction, while properly sized material from the lower screens is discharged as the final product. Any material exiting the secondary crusher is recirculated back to the screen for additional sorting. This continuous cycle of crushing, screening, and re-crushing ensures that all output meets the required size specifications.
