Working Principle
 

When the gyratory crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the pulley and transmission shaft, and the eccentric sleeve drives the centerline of the moving cone crusher to do the rotary oscillation movement. When the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the materials in the crushing chamber will be crushed by the extrusion, bending and impact of the moving cone and the fixed cone; when the moving cone is far away from the fixed cone, the crushed materials will be discharged from the discharge port under the action of its own gravity, and the moving cone will keep on doing the rotary oscillation movement, so that the crushing and discharging process will continue to be carried out and the continuous crushing of the materials will be realized.

(2) Check the wear condition of the crushing liner. When the unilateral wear of the liner exceeds 20mm, it will destroy the balance of the dynamic cone, and the liner at the opposite position needs to be replaced immediately.

(3)Check the clearance between the eccentric sleeve and the main shaft. The normal clearance is 0.2-0.4mm. If it exceeds 0.6mm, it is necessary to adjust by increasing or decreasing shims to avoid vibration caused by excessive clearance.

A: (1) Feeding control: Maintain the matching between the material particle size and the feed inlet.
