Working Principles
The concrete aggregate crusher operates based on multiple high-efficiency crushing mechanisms
Through the periodic relative movement of the moving jaw plate and fixed jaw plate, strong compressive force is applied to the concrete blocks entering the crushing chamber. Under this force, the concrete blocks are crushed to complete the initial crushing process.
Using a high-speed rotor to drive the blow bars, concrete blocks collide repeatedly with the impact plates at high speed. The material undergoes continuous impact, achieving crushing. This method results in more regular finished aggregates, mostly cubic in shape.

The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the hammer heads rotate rapidly along with the rotor. After the concrete material enters the crushing chamber evenly, it is strongly impacted, sheared, and torn by the high-speed rotating hammers, leading to fragmentation.
By eccentrically rotating the moving cone and fixed cone, the material is extruded with uniform crushing force, making it suitable for medium and fine crushing of hard rocks. It is often used for the fine processing of high-quality aggregates.
