Concrete sand and gravel aggregate production line

 

Sand and gravel aggregates are widely used in engineering infrastructure construction, concrete, mortar and cement products. They are the most important and most widely used raw materials in the composition of concrete and cement products. Their rigid demand is indispensable and there is no other product to replace them so far.


Our company's concrete sand and gravel aggregate production line is mainly composed of a construction sand production line with vertical impact crushers and other main equipment. The sand and gravel aggregates produced have good particle shape and uniform particle size. The performance of the concrete created by it is comparable to that of natural sand concrete.


The concrete sand and gravel aggregate production line process mainly consists of the following three systems:

1. Feeding system
The system feeds raw materials to each section of crusher equipment and screening machine according to the crushing and screening process. The equipment that completes the feeding process includes vibrating feeder or other types of feeding equipment. In the sand and gravel production line, the feeder equipment is generally responsible for the supply of stone.


2. Crushing system
This system is the heart of the whole set of equipment. Its job is to crush various ore raw materials into finished materials of required particle size. A combined sand and gravel production line can consist of multiple crushers. These crushing machines have different performances and work together to complete the stone crushing work.


3. Screening and conveying system
This system is to screen the crushed ore through a screening machine. In the sand and gravel composite production line, sand and stone need to be separated, and the graded sand and gravel need to be transported to their respective sites. The equipment used in this process is generally a linear vibrating screen or other screening machinery and equipment.
During the operation of the concrete sand and gravel aggregate production line, large pieces of stone are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the cone crusher (or impact crusher) by the belt conveyor for medium crushing. The medium crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The finished sand (screen under) is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning by the belt conveyor and then sent to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor; large particles of stone (screen over) are sent to the vertical impact crusher (sand making machine) by the belt conveyor for fine crushing. The finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen again by the belt conveyor for screening, thus forming a closed circuit with multiple cycles.

 

Configuration details

 

The choice of crushing equipment and combination is something that every company must fully compare, reasonably choose and finally decide.

Domestic aggregate production and crushing equipment generally adopts two-stage crushing, namely, coarse crushing and fine crushing. Coarse crushing usually uses jaw crusher, secondary crushing uses impact crusher and cone crusher; fine crushing usually uses impact crusher and sand making machine. The basic process is that the raw ore, such as limestone, river pebble, basalt, calcite, granite and other raw ore, is fed into the vibrating feeder by dump truck with stones less than 1200mm. The vibrating feeder feeds the stones evenly into the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher crushes the stones in the first stage.

 

The stones coming out of the jaw crusher are about 150mm-300mm. The materials are fed into the European impact crusher or cone crusher for the second stage of crushing through the vibrating feeder. The materials are graded and screened by the circular vibrating screen. The materials larger than the finished products are returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing. If finer particle size is required, the stones below 40mm can be fed into the sand making machine. Finally, the finished materials are graded and screened by the circular vibrating screen and transported to the finished product area by the belt conveyor.
