Complete construction waste recycling system
Process characteristics: The whole line has the characteristics of smooth material discharge, reliable operation, convenient operation, high yield and energy saving.
Applicable materials: concrete aggregate, steel slag, slag, cement clinker, limestone and other materials
Process flow
The urban construction waste recycling process uses special equipment such as construction waste crushers, vibrating screens, and vibrating feeders to crush and screen construction waste to obtain recycled aggregates and reuse waste resources. The sorted construction waste is removed from the iron content by specific iron removal equipment (dry magnetic separator), and then crushed by coarse, medium, and even fine crushing equipment to be processed into recycled sand and gravel aggregates of a certain particle size, which are finally used in roadbed stones, unburned bricks, cement admixtures, and many other aspects.

According to the production process of sand and gravel, concrete, waste bricks, stones, etc. in construction waste are processed to achieve resource recycling.
1. The first stage: the sorted concrete waste is transported to the vibrating feeder, which performs preliminary pre-screening, screens the unnecessary waste as necessary, and then evenly transports it to the jaw crusher for crushing to obtain semi-finished aggregate;
2. The semi-finished aggregates obtained in the first stage are transported to the vibrating screen for screening to obtain waste materials of about 0-5mm. The screened recycled semi-finished materials are transported to the impact crusher for secondary crushing, and the cycle is repeated until the finished recycled aggregates required by the user are obtained.

Basic methods of crushing construction waste
Due to different crushing methods and the great differences in the properties of the materials processed, there are many types of crushers to meet the needs of actual work.
There are two ways to crush construction waste: mechanical crushing and physical crushing. Mechanical crushing is to crush solid waste with the help of various crushing machines.
The main crushing machines include jaw crushers, roller crushers, impact crushers and shear crushers. The basic principle of crushing construction waste with crushers is to use the crusher to generate strong external force on the construction waste blocks, forcing the waste blocks to break and crack into smaller blocks. According to the characteristics of the force applied to the crushed materials, the crushing methods of the materials can be divided into impact, shear, extrusion, grinding, shredding and other categories.
Description of common equipment for construction waste
Crusher used in construction waste treatment can be classified according to its working object or structure and working principle. According to the working object, it can be divided into the following three types.
① Coarse crusher. It is used for the first crushing of large pieces of materials. The maximum diameter of the material block that can be processed is allowed to be more than 1m. It is mainly crushed by crushing. The crushing ratio is not large, generally less than 6.
② Medium crusher. The particle size of the processed materials is usually no more than 350mm, and the crushing is mainly carried out by crushing or pressing. Since this type of crusher usually includes fine crushing operations, the crushing is relatively large, generally 3-20, and some can reach more than 30.
③ Fine grinder. It is used to grind material particles with a particle size of 2-60mm. The product size does not exceed 0.1-0.3mm, the finest can reach less than 0.1mm, and the crushing ratio can reach more than 1000.
